Manufacturing Process
From prepreg layup to autoclave curing, our manufacturing process follows the specified material requirements and agreed production procedures.
01. Prepreg Material Storage
Carbon fiber prepregs are stored under controlled conditions according to the material supplier’s storage requirements to maintain material quality before production.
02. Cutting & Layup
Prepreg plies are cut and laid up according to the specified dimensions, fiber orientations and product requirements.
03. Vacuum Bagging
The layup is prepared with a vacuum bagging system to remove trapped air and support consolidation during the curing process.
04. Autoclave Curing
The vacuum-bagged laminate is cured in an autoclave according to the specified material curing cycle, using controlled temperature, pressure and time.
05. Finishing & Inspection
After curing, plates are finished to the agreed dimensions and inspected against applicable product requirements before packing.
Quality Control & Inspection
Our carbon fiber plates and tubes are inspected according to the applicable product specifications and agreed order requirements. Inspection items depend on the product and customer requirements.
Dimensional Inspection
