Our production process is selected according to the tube profile, material construction and required specifications. Each order follows the applicable production and inspection requirements.
1. Prepreg Preparation
Carbon fiber prepreg is prepared and cut according to the required tube dimensions and laminate specifications.
2. Roll Wrapping & Layup
Prepreg layers are wrapped around a mandrel according to the specified laminate construction and fiber orientations.
3. Curing & Mandrel Removal
The wrapped laminate is cured using the applicable process. After curing and cooling as required, the mandrel is removed where applicable.
4. Cutting & Finishing
Tubes are cut to the agreed lengths and undergo applicable finishing operations according to order requirements.
5. Quality Inspection
Tube Cutting & Custom Machining
We supply carbon fiber tubes according to agreed dimensions and order requirements. Cutting and secondary machining can be reviewed based on tube geometry, wall thickness, required tolerances and technical drawings.
