How Our Carbon Fiber Plates Are Manufactured
Our carbon fiber plates are manufactured using carbon fiber prepregs and vacuum-bag-assisted autoclave curing. The production sequence follows the applicable material specifications and agreed manufacturing procedures.
01. Prepreg Material Preparation
Prepreg materials are checked and stored according to the supplier’s specified conditions before production.
02. Cutting & Layup
Prepreg plies are cut and arranged according to the required dimensions and specified fiber orientations.
03. Vacuum Bagging
The laminate is prepared in a vacuum bagging system before the curing cycle.
04. Autoclave Curing
The laminate is cured using the specified temperature, pressure and time cycle for the selected material system.
05. Finishing & Inspection
After curing, the plate undergoes applicable finishing operations and inspection against the agreed product requirements.
